Tumbler Policy 

  • All items are custom handmade to your order unless specified.

  • If you need an item sooner than stated turnaround time please purchase a rush order listing in addition to the item that you are purchasing.

  • No RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS will be offered UNLESS it was a mistake on my behalf. This will be addressed in these situations.

  • All Tumblers are shipped USPS Priority 1-3 day shipping they include insurance up to $50. Once they leave my hands and are shipped I can’t not be responsible for the items. If there is an issue with your item when it arrives please contact me within 24 hours.

  • My tumblers are sealed with a smooth glass like finish. The base coat (glitter, paint or decal) will not come off.

  • I work extremely hard to make sure that your tumbler meets your expectations. Please remember that these are hand crafted and there will possibly be some small imperfections. It try my hardest to prevent all of these but there are a number of things that can affect this.

  • Every once in awhile you might find a stray piece of glitter….. We use A LOT of glitter and sometimes it will make it’s way to another item. We like to refer to them as Glitter Kisses.

  • All turn around times are ESTIMATED, when you purchase an item (besides Ready To Ship) you are agreeing to this time period. Please remember that some things do have that are unexpected along the way and it might need a bit more time.

  • Please do not put these in the dishwasher, microwave, leave in HOT vehicles or drop me 

  • It might crack or break. Sometimes we can fix them if they are dropped (you will be responsible for shipping and repair fee).

  • Your tumbler will come with a lid, straw and care instructions.


 

Shipping Policy

  • 2-3 weeks turnaround time to make the item and another 3-5 days to get to you once shipped.

  • Due to coronavirus shipping may be delayed or take longer than usual. Once your item(s) are dropped off at Post Office the shipping timeline is out of my control and I can not make any guarantees as to the arrival date.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. 

Return Policy

No returns/exchanges/cancellations unless at sellers fault, such as wrong color, size, item, or font after we have agreed on invoice or the website listing. Please check the size chart(s) for all items. If there is an issue with your item please contact me with in 48 hours of delivery of your item.
